Supplemental Life is a 100% employee paid option, and
when it becomes fully funded, about 2-1/2 years ago, the premiums were suspended for CORE non-management employees.

NOTE:
This ENDS on July 1, 2016, so in August, we will begin to see
these premiums deducted again. You will also have an opportunity to
make any changes in the fall during Annual Enrollment.
