Your CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company on Saturday, February 23, 2008. The Union presented revised bargaining demands to the Company on the Motor Vehicle Usage Plan, the Recognition and Establishment contract article, Hours of Work, a successorship clause and a new revised bargaining proposal on Enhancement of Contractual Provisions. The Committee will meet with the Company again today on February 24, 2008 attempting to reach an agreement. The contract expires at 11:59 p.m. tonight.
