Last call: 2014 AT&T Foundation Scholarship applications due Feb. 14

What:

Encourage your college-bound dependents to apply for this year’s AT&T Foundation Scholarship Program. Applications will be accepted through Feb. 14. Learn more about the process here.

The Foundation also funds scholarships through the United Negro College Fund and Hispanic Scholarship Fund. These are open to African-American, Hispanic and Latino dependents of eligible employees.

Students can apply for more than one scholarship, but they can only get one. Award winners receive up to $2,500 to attend a four-year college, $1,500 to attend a two-year college and $2,000 to attend a military academy.

Applications must be submitted online by Feb. 14, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

The selection process is highly competitive. Applications are reviewed and winners are chosen by outside professional scholarship organizations. We want to make sure your student’s application covers all of their accomplishments. Please work with your student on their entries.

Over the past 22 years, Union Plus has distributed over $3.5 million scholarship dollars to over 2,300 working families. Application deadline for the 2014 Union Plus Scholarship is Friday January 31, 2014, 12pm
(noon) ET. One-time cash awards for study beginning in the Fall range from $500 to $4,000.
