At this time, Malashon is relaying that among the items mentioned in the District 6 brief, employees working for Workforce and the Office of The President can expect pay upgrades in this tentative agreement. EWP time will be able to be taken in single hour increments. Job upgrades to the titles of customer support spet, information systems tech, wireless tech, and tech-msc/rnoc are included. A transfer process between AT&T Core and Mobility is included, core employees will be job protected and transfer will be on a voluntary basis. Additionally, should an employee transfer from one AT&T company to another, benefits including FMLA eligibility will be preserved.

We are hearing that our bargaining committee was unsuccessful in getting AT&T to agree to restore healthcare as a bargaining item in this tentative agreement.

Additionally, the current pension plan remains unchanged, with no increases for the term of the agreement.

Guaranteed minimum commision of $12,500 for full time retail sales employees, prorated for part time retail sales employees.
