ANNUAL ENROLLMENT OCTOBER 20,2025 – NOVEMBER 7,2025

As we get closer to the Annual Enrollment period, we want to remind everyone to log into HR OneStop and head over to the Benefits Center. This is your chance to review your current coverage, explore new plan options, check if your doctor is still in-network, and compare benefits to make sure you’re choosing what’s best for you and your family.

Enrollment runs from Monday, October 20 through Thursday, November 7. AT&T has already released the new benefit plans, so you have time to look them over and get ready before enrollment officially begins.

If it’s been a while since you’ve visited HR OneStop, you’ll notice a few updates. To get to your benefits:

Go to Home > HR OneStop > Benefits & Wellbeing > Go to Benefits Center
In the middle of the page, look for and click on “To-Dos”

As you review your options, be sure to consider which coverage level best fits your needs—whether it’s Individual, Individual + Spouse, Individual + Children, or Family coverage. Choosing the right level can lead to substantial cost savings, especially if your healthcare needs or household situation have changed.

One of the biggest concerns we heard during the last enrollment period was about making sure your current doctor is covered under the new medical plan. That’s still one of the most important steps when choosing your coverage. Here’s how to check if your doctor is in-network with BCBSIL:

Go to bcbsil.com/att
Click on “Doctors and Hospitals”
Select “New Plan – Go to Questions”
Enter your ZIP code
When asked how you’re enrolling, choose “As an employee”
For Population, select “Bargained”
For Coverage, choose “Covered by an active bargaining agreement”
Select the plan you’ll be enrolling in
Choose your union group from the list

Once you’ve completed those steps, you’ll be able to search for your doctor and confirm if they’re in-network under the plan you’re considering.

To make the most of this enrollment period, we also recommend scheduling an appointment with Alight Solutions, in partnership with mHealthCoach.com. They can help you walk through your options and answer any questions. You’ll also have access to tools like:

IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant) – a step-by-step guide to help you make your elections
Online Comparison Tool – compare up to three plans side-by-side, including costs, deductibles, and coverage

These resources are here to help you make confident, informed decisions for the year ahead.
