The following summarizes the improvements your bargaining team were able to negotiate.<\/p>\n<p>Wages<\/p>\n<p>    Wage Increases<br \/>\n        2016 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 2.0%<br \/>\n        2017 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 2.25%<br \/>\n        2018 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 2.25%<br \/>\n        2019 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 3.0%<br \/>\n        Lump Sum<br \/>\n            $1,000 &#8211; Employees must be on payroll in a District 6 bargained title on the ratification date and payout date to receive payment. <\/p>\n<p>Benefits<\/p>\n<p>    Short Term Disability<br \/>\n        Current Employees \u00e2\u20ac\u201c retain the current 52 week plan with no change.<br \/>\n        Future Employees hired after 01\/01\/2017 will have a 26 week Disability Income Plan.<br \/>\n        Pensions<br \/>\n            Banded Plan \u00e2\u20ac\u201c no changes for all employees hired or rehired before 12-31-2008.<br \/>\n            BCB2 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c will continue for all employees hired after 1-1-2009 and through the life of this agreement.  This will now include a yearly lump sum payment option.<\/p>\n<p>Upgrades<\/p>\n<p>    Clerical Associates<br \/>\n    Sales Advocate<\/p>\n<p>Subcontracting<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated a Letter of Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Article 12 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Hours of Work<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated improvements including a 5 day work week, posting of the work schedule a week prior to implementation, and proper notification to employees on schedule changes.<\/p>\n<p>Article 14 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Force Adjustment<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated improvements to severance payments with an increase to the cap payout of $17,000.   <\/p>\n<p>Article 16 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Safety<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated an improvement in contract language when Local or State Government declares a State of Emergency for inclement weather.<\/p>\n<p>Article 17 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Company-Union Relationship<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated improvements regarding the Working Relations Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Article 19 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Basis of Compensation<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated improvements to an employee\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s starting wage, improvements for Network Technician\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s on-call pay, and improvements to a multi-lingual differential for call center employees.<\/p>\n<p>Article 21 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Absences  <\/p>\n<p>    The Union was successful in maintaining Illness Days for current employees. Future employees will have Illness Days capped at 5 paid days when hired after 01\/01\/2017.<br \/>\n    The Union negotiated time off for unpaid funeral leave to include step parents and siblings.<\/p>\n<p>MOA Four Day Work Week <\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated for the scheduling of 2 consecutive days off in a four day work week.<\/p>\n<p>Article 25 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Exchange Time<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated improvements to the scheduling of exchange time.<\/p>\n<p>Letter of Agreement \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Quality Observations<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated improvements that the Company will cover quality observations within 2 working days for Retail and Call Center employees.<\/p>\n<p>Letter of Agreement \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Sales Commission Committee<\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated the inclusion of the Compensation Committee in our Labor Agreement for Retail Sales.<\/p>\n<p>Letter of Agreement \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Sales Quota Relief  <\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated improvements to Quota Relief. <\/p>\n<p>Letter of Agreement \u00e2\u20ac\u201c At Risk Pay <\/p>\n<p>    The Union negotiated an increase to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153At-Risk\u00e2\u20ac\u009d commission payouts.<\/p>\n<p>All MOU\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, MOA\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s and LOA\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s will be printed in the 2016 Labor Agreement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The CWA Bargaining Committee has reached a tentative agreement with AT&#038;T Mobility.
