\nNEW AT&T Benefits Center Wellbeing Portal
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 The AT&T Benefits Center (administered by Alight) will house a wellbeing portal for
\nemployees, beginning January 1, 2023. This replaces the Castlight app, which will no
\nlonger be available to employees or retirees.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Sweepstakes, which were offered to bargained employees quarterly, will no longer be
\navailable, in 2023. However, wellbeing activities will still be offered, as well as areas to
\nlearn about wellbeing benefits.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 All Castlight points received in 2022 must be redeemed for sweepstakes entries by
\nDecember 16th, after which points will no longer be available.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Financial wellbeing services \u00e2\u20ac\u201c for personal budgeting and saving tips and coaching \u00e2\u20ac\u201c
\nwill now be available.
\nNEW Tobacco Cessation Vendor
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Effective January 1, 2023, tobacco cessation will move from the 2Morrow app to
\nQuitGenius.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 After annual enrollment, those attesting to being a tobacco user will still be offered
\ncessation through 2Morrow, which will need to be completed before Dec. 31st to
\nremove the surcharge.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Important: If 2Morrow cessation is not completed by Jan. 1st, the participant will incur a
\nsurcharge and will then be required to participate in and complete the QuitGenius
\ncessation program to remove the surcharge prospectively.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Additional communications on this change will be made during Annual Enrollment and
\nlater in the year to remind participants of this change<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u017e\u00a2 Dependent Re-verification

\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Some active employees with in-scope dependents (as defined below) will be required
\nto go through Dependent Reverification at the end of Annual Enrollment.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Within 4 weeks of the end of Annual Enrollment, these employees will receive
\ninformation on how to reverify their applicable dependent(s).<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 An additional feature is offered this year to give employees the opportunity to verify
\nspouses and partners within the enrollment tool. No additional verification is required if
\nthe verification is done in the online enrollment process.
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 If this process is not completed and their dependent\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s eligibility is not reestablished
\nthrough this Dependent Reverification process, their dependent(s) will no longer be
\ncovered by their AT&T benefits in 2023.
\nIn-Scope Dependents:
\nAll applicable dependents of active employees that are currently enrolled in Medical and were
\nnot verified since 2019 or earlier and still enrolled in Medical for the 2023 plan year will need to
\ngo through reverification.
