Various communications<br \/>\nwill be sent to employees, before, during and after enrollment, highlighting changes to benefits<br \/>\nbeginning January 1, 2023. The following are some features of the benefit plans that will<br \/>\nchange:<br \/>\n\u00e2\u017e\u00a2 Expanded benefits through Your Personal Healthcare Team by Included Health<br \/>\n(formerly known as Grand Rounds)<br \/>\nQuestions may be directed to Trisha Avila at ta866p@att.com<br \/>\nVirtual Care<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Effective January 1, 2023, Your Personal Healthcare Team by Included Health will<br \/>\nadd virtual care services and will replace the services currently provided by<br \/>\nMDLIVE, if enrolled in a self-insured Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL)<br \/>\nmanaged medical program. The new Included Health virtual care services are:<br \/>\no Virtual Primary Care<br \/>\no Virtual Urgent Care<br \/>\no Virtual Mental Care<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 The new virtual primary care health services will provide easy access to physicians<br \/>\nwho can help manage the total health of participants and offer medical support<br \/>\nbetween office visits.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Virtual urgent care and behavioral services can be accessed any time throughout<br \/>\nthe plan year and as often as needed, similar to previous services provided by the<br \/>\ncurrent Medical Benefits Administrator, BCBSIL.<br \/>\nNote: Only those enrolled in a self-insured BCBSIL medical plan are eligible for the new<br \/>\nIncluded Health Virtual Care Services, which are subject to cost-sharing under the network<br \/>\nlevel of benefits. Those not enrolled in an AT&#038;T sponsored medical plan or enrolled in a fully-<br \/>\ninsured medical plan will not have access to Included Health Virtual Care services.<\/p>\n<p>AT&#038;T Benefits Labor Support<br \/>\nHR Labor Notice<br \/>\nPage 2 of 4<br \/>\nLast updated: 09\/21\/2022<br \/>\nNurse Line Transition<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Effective January 1, 2023, nurse line services offered by BCBSIL will be turned off in<br \/>\nlieu of Your Personal Healthcare Team by Included Health\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Treatment Decision\/Triage<br \/>\nSupport.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Nurse line services currently available will be available at Your Personal Healthcare<br \/>\nTeam by Included Health beginning 1\/1\/2023.<br \/>\nLGTBQ+ Health<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Effective January 1, 2023, a new LGBTQ+ Health service will be provided, offering<br \/>\nadditional care navigation services to educate and assist enrollees in finding in-network<br \/>\nLGBTQ+ affirming healthcare providers.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u017e\u00a2 Changes to the Voluntary Benefits Platform<br \/>\nQuestions may be directed to Trisha Avila at ta866p@att.com<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Effective January 1, 2023, the AT&#038;T Voluntary Benefits Program administered by<br \/>\nMercer will cease to exist and will be replaced by new third-party benefit<br \/>\nadministrators.
