The Company did not present a bargaining proposal to the Union.  Both Committees questioned the other on the following items:<\/p>\n<p>    New Testing to qualify for the Job Offer Guarantee<br \/>\n     A New Dental and Vision Plan<br \/>\n    Combine the two Savings Plan into one<br \/>\n    Illness Policy \u00e2\u20ac\u201c including a 26 week disability program for all employees<br \/>\n    The Day after Thanksgiving paid at straight time<br \/>\n    A New Tuition Plan<br \/>\n    A New Medical Plan<br \/>\n    The Memorandum of Agreement on Internal Appeals<br \/>\n    Grievances<br \/>\n    Garnishment of Wages<br \/>\n    Former DIRECTV Employees<br \/>\n    Jobs of the Future for Technicians<\/p>\n<p>The CWA Bargaining Committee will meet with the Company on Thursday, February 23, 2017 to continue negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>WE APRRECIATE ALL THOSE WEARING RED TODAY!
