Please mark your calendar & make a commitment to attend the monthly union meetings. As members we all have the privilege to attend and speak at these meetings. It is not just for officers and stewards…we all( officers, stewards, all members) make up the “union”. Also, our Mobility bargaining for the 2016 Contract negotiations is right around the corner! Also, Union Days are going on at the Mobility Call Center & RSO stores to update members & get them involved in getting a stronger, better contract. Please come and bring any questions, comments or concerns that you may have. We will have a few topics to cover and provide updates.

2. What mobilization activities are you willing to participate
in?
3. What proposed changes to the contract would you like to be
considered by the CWA Bargaining Committee?

A few topics of consideration are:

WAGE INCREASE JOB SECURITY IMPROVED VACATIONS

RETIREE BENEFITS IMPROVED OVERTIME PAY TREATMENT

STRONGER & EASIER TO READ CONTRACT LANGUAGE

It is very important to be UNITED and let your voices be heard and help to have
an input in improving the next Mobility contract.
