District 6 Headquarters know:
1. What things are important to you?
2. What mobilization activities are you willing to participate
in?
3. What proposed changes to the contract would you like to be
considered by the CWA Bargaining Committee?

WAGE INCREASE JOB SECURITY IMPROVED VACATIONS
RETIREE BENEFITS IMPROVED OVERTIME PAY TREATMENT
STRONGER & EASIER TO READ CONTRACT LANGUAGE
It is very important to be UNITED and let your voices be heard and help to have
an input in improving the next Mobility contract.

ATTENTION AT&T RETIREES AFTER 9/1/1992
Posted: March 4, 2015 Filed under: News Leave a comment »If you retired after September 1, 1992 and before April 6, 2009 you may have available to you an HRA that was negotiated into the CWA/ATT Southwest Agreement of 2009. According to the terms of that agreement Pre-Medicare CURRENT Retirees should have been funded Health Reimbursement Accounts in accordance with the terms listed below:
Pre-Medicare retirees that retired after September 1, 1992 will receive funded Health Reimbursement Accounts(HRA’s) which can be used for reimbursement of premiums, deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance as follows:
January 1, 2010 Individual $850 Family $1700
January 1, 2011 Individual $150 Family $300
Unused HRA money will roll over from year to year until it is depleted or the deadline, which ever comes first.
****DEADLINE**UNUSED HRA MONEY CAN BE USED UNTIL MARCH 31, 2015***
If you are unsure if you have used this benefit in the past or have a remaining balance you can call 800-283-3211 and speak with an advisor to verify your eligibility. You may also go online at myspendingaccount.adp.com as well. Do not confuse this with any HRA Benefit you may be receiving through the AON Process.
