NEW IRS DEADLINES FOR FILING FORM 1095-C

The due date for 2015 information reporting requirements under I.R.C. sections 6055 & 6056 have been extended.

The due date for AT&T to furnish the 2015 Form 1095-C, Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, was changed from January 31, 2016 to March 31, 2016.

As a result of the extension, individuals might not receive a Form 1095-C by the time they file their 2015 tax returns. Please mark your calendar & make a commitment to attend the monthly union meetings. As members we all have the privilege to attend and speak at these meetings. It is not just for officers and stewards….we all( officers, stewards, all members) make up the “union”. Also, our Mobility VP &/or Mobilization Chair will give updates on Union Day activities to gear up for the expiring Mobility contract on February 26t, 2016. Please come and bring any questions, comments or concerns that you may have. We will have a few topics to cover and provide updates.
